Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Miami follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Fresh fish and the prices are reasonable. Food is delicious. I order the potato salad (ensalada rusa) and tostones as sides. Fried grouper and grilled snapper are very fresh! Cherna frita y pargo a la plancha son muy frescos!

A hidden gem for seafood lovers in Sweet Water on Flagler street. That’s my favorite lunch restaurant whenever I am at FIU. The seafood is freshly prepared with very reasonable prices. The service is very friendly in a nice and clean, but simple, environment.

Lunch time and I wanted seafood so I ran for this market. It's split into a seafood market and restaurant, everything on ice was fresh with no fishy smells and everything on the menu looked delicious, which it was. Service was good and the food was perfection loved it.
